This role involves executing manufacturing tasks operating machinery and ensuring the quality and quantity of output meet established standards. TheProduction Technicianplays a key role in assembling testing and inspecting products. Additionally the position involves collaborating with the production team to achieve production goals.
What you will be responsible for:
Quality Control
- Perform quality checks on products and parts.
- Review work orders to ensure work is performed according to specifications.
Production Process Execution
- Cutting and handling of aluminum sheets. Assisting in assembly of highway signage.
- Applicating graphics to aluminum substrate.
Equipment Operation and Maintenance
- Proficient/comfortable using equipment such as table saw metal shear grinder.
- Safely control and operate equipment such as forklifts.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a Class 5 drivers license.
- Ability to operate and control equipment.
- Ability to perform accurate and thorough quality checks on products and parts.
- Capability to rotate through various tasks and manage work assignments.
- Skill in identifying and resolving issues with equipment or production processes.
- Capacity to follow and communicate work procedures accurately.
- Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery.
Where/When you will be working:
- 40 hour work week.
- Working outside and in the warehouse/yard.
The recruitment process for this role typically lasts1 to 2weeks and includes a phone interview behavioral assessment and an in-person interview.
