We are currently seeking part-time teacher-tutors for a role in our learning centre atOxford Learning Halifax. This position is perfect for anyone who loves working with students enjoys teaching the ins and outs of language and social studies and is passionate about helping others build their skills inthese areas. Our hours count! Gain valuable teaching experience!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Teaching up to 3 students at a time following our proven teaching methodologies
• Providing personalized instruction in French and English
• Filling out post-lesson notes and communicating student progress
• Maintaining a friendly encouraging and professional demeanor at all times

What were looking for:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Prior experience coaching or tutoring
• Strong English & French written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work with students at different levels
