By analyzing flying hour and sustainment data this position develops strategies to reduce operational costs and decrease the maintenance burden on soldiers without compromising mission effectiveness. This role serves as a subject matter expert on fleet sustainment and life-cycle support contributing to digital transformation and enterprise-wide solutions to ensure the long-term health and viability of the aviation fleet. The analyst supports key planning and synchronization meetings across the Army Aviation enterprise providing critical analysis that informs strategic decisions and shapes the future of Army Aviation.
