Job Summary
Salary/Position Classification
- 15.65-17.85 hourly Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
- 20 hours per week
- 100% Remote Work Availability: No
- Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No
Purpose of Position
This is a part-time non-benefitted position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with taking catering requests/orders from customers
- Work with the catering coordinator to input orders into food service software program generate work orders and email contracts to customers.
- Communicate event changes to the kitchen and service staff
- Assist with weekly inventory
- Data entry and updating recipes
- Establishes maintains processes and/or updates files records and/or other documents.
- Answers telephones routes call takes messages and provides general information.
- Assist with gathering supplies for take out orders and giving orders to customers.
- Other office duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
- Drivers License
- Skill in the use of operating basic office equipment (printer and copier desktop computer phone systems etc.)
- 18 Years of Age or Older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with catered events
- One year in an administration style role
