Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist (Contractor)

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive talent attraction strategies to improve recruiting efficiency and quality.
Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements talent pipelines and drive diversity sourcing strategies.
Interact with candidates across a variety of external channels including LinkedIn HireEZ Indeed Handshake and employee referrals.
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques including Boolean searches and dedicated email drip campaigns.
Provide detailed monthly metrics to understand talent-sourcing best practices and market trends.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience.
2 years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing in a staffing agency.
2 years of experience with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting across social media crafting Boolean search strings and email drip campaigns).
Hands-on experience managing talent pools and candidate pipelines within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends technologies and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
