MARKETING ASSISTANT - MAX FACTOR INNOVATION

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Marketing Max Factor Innovation team in Amsterdam.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Marketing Assistant Max Factor Innovation you are responsible for innovation development support. Supporting the Senior Brand Manager in developing marketing strategies and product innovation concepts across categories contributing to brand plans research and cross-functional collaboration while gaining exposure to global marketing initiatives and activations.

Your main focus:

• Supporting innovation development through project briefings concepts and design collaboration
• Contributing to product development plans aligned with brand strategy and vision
• Driving product and trend research and competitive analysis
• Coordinating product needs and contributing to photoshoots and internal meetings
• Supporting content creation marketing materials and budget tracking processes

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to work on marketing innovation product development and cross-functional collaboration. As a Marketing Assistant Max Factor Innovation you demonstrate a proactive and flexible way of working and you get energy from working in a fast-paced diverse and international environment. Other than that you:

• Recently graduated with relevant experience
• Demonstrate creative flair with an eye for design and detail
• Have strong analytical and organizational skills
• Show strong time management prioritization and ability to perform under pressure
• Possess strong communication presentation and teamwork skills
