The Turnaround Planner prepares turnaround job plans and requiredresourcesto ensure that turnaround work is sufficiently prepared for a safeeffectiveand efficient execution.

Major Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating detail work packages for Maintenanceinspectionand repair activities to be performed during the turnaround.

• Perform walkthroughs collect and review documentation meet with asset engineers Project Managers and other stakeholders for task clarity

• Prepare job plans withaccurateBill of Material following Covestro specifications and standards

• Responsible for planning assigned AWRs (Additional Work Requests) including the ability to plan discovery work that mayemergeduring turnaround execution

• Ensure that jobs are plannedin a timely mannerto support the TA preparation schedule.

• Responsible for obtaining all the relevant documentation associated with the turnaround scope andassistTA Planning Lead in preparation for scope review sessions.

What You Offer

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 11 years working experience in an industrial manufacturing environment; ORAssociatesdegree withat least 6 years working experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.

• 6 years experience in Maintenance job planning

• The eligibility to apply for and obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) within a reasonabletimeframe

Knowledge & Skills:

• Knowledge of fixed equipment piping Electrical Instrumentationprojectand rotating equipment planning

• Demonstrateabilityto read drawings including P&IDs isometrics schematics etc.

• Effective written and oral communication skills

• Demonstrate organizational ability

• Demonstrate experience working in collaborative team environment

• Self -motivated energetic dependable honest and thorough.

• Proficient in computer skills (MS Office products)

• Knowledgeable with planning tools (Ex: SAP ROSER STO)

• Working knowledge of Planning activities and how they apply to an execution schedule
