Dimmitt Chevrolet is actively seeking an experiencedSales Managerwith a strong background inChevrolet operations and pre-owned vehicle management.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how to drivevolume gross and inventory turnnot just desk deals.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience as aSales Manager in a Chevrolet or GM store
- Strongpre-owned inventory managementskills (aging acquisition pricing turn)
- Ability todesking deals structure subprime and prime deals effectively
- Track record of improvingfront-end gross and total deal profitability
- Strong leadership presence with the ability tohold sales teams accountable
- Experience working withBDC and digital lead conversion
- High energy competitive mindset and process-driven
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drivepre-owned inventory strategy(acquisition pricing aging)
- Desk deals and maximizegross profit while maintaining volume
- Work closely with F&I to improvetotal deal performance
- Monitor and improvelead-to-sale conversion and showroom performance
- Train and develop sales team onprocess product and closing
- Maintain accountability across the sales floor and ensureclean deal flow
