About the Role A growing Williamsburg-based real estate company is looking for an experienced and motivated broker to take full ownership of their free market rental portfolio across NYC. This is a hands-on end-to-end role from listing to lease signing built for someone who knows the NYC rental market and is ready to hit the ground running. Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Tenant Management
- Manage the full rental cycle from listing to lease signing
- Handle lead intake follow-ups and tenant screening
- Coordinate applications approvals and lease execution
Showings & Market Presence
- Conduct apartment showings and open houses across NYC
- Track market trends and pricing to stay competitive
Listings & Marketing
- Create post and optimize listings across major rental platforms
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize exposure and occupancy
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective tenants and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a real estate broker or rental agent in NYC
- Strong understanding of the NYC rental market particularly free market units
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management abilities
- Self-starter with a drive to succeed and grow in the real estate space
- Comfortable managing multiple listings in a fast-paced environment
