Overview

Enterprise Mobility has an immediate opening for a Full Time DOT Driver. Our goal is to provide high service levels and clean well-maintained trucks. The DOT Driver is responsible for delivering box trucks safely and timely to the appropriate destination(s) while giving helpful courteous and professional customer service. This position works outside in all weather conditions to safely distribute vehicles on and off the lot. Candidates will be asked to drive Vehicles that require DOT certifications.

This position pays $16.50 / hour and is located at 7001 Essington Ave Philadelphia PA 19153.

Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 30 minutes to the location you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date.

  • Monday: 7:15am - 3:45pm
  • Tuesday: 7:15am - 3:45pm
  • Wednesday: 7:15am - 3:45pm
  • Thursday: 7:15am - 3:45pm
  • Friday: 7:15am - 3:45pm
  • Saturday: Off

Our Truck Rental Division provides transportation solutions within the truck rental industry. Our goal is to provide high service levels and clean well-maintained trucks. The VSA will be responsible for cleaning detailing and providing light maintenance on a diverse fleet of Medium - Duty trucks.

Responsibilities

The Driver is responsible for the transporting of medium duty trucks cargos and heavy duty pickup trucks to and from rental locations dealerships and vendors as well as navigating written directions.

  • Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed following all rules of the road.
  • Deliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles.
  • Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely.
  • May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone.
  • May be asked to clean vehicles.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old.

  • Must be able to read and speak English.

  • Must have a current and valid drivers license.

  • Must live in one of these counties in the State of Pennsylvania: Delaware County Montgomery County or Philadelphia County PA with no more than a 30 minute commute.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

  • Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.


    DOTRequirements:

    We are subject to certain Department of Transportation Regulations

    All applicants must be at least 21 years of age and be qualified to drive under D.O.T. regulations. Applicants will be required to submit an appropriate medical examiners certificate or submit to and successfully complete a D.O.T. medical examination. No moonlighting is allowed (no other paid employment allowed).
