St. John Paul II Catholic High School is excited to offer paid summer internships to recent graduates. The summer internships are offered in conjunction with St. John Paul IIs summer camp programs for grade school students. Seniors may apply for summer internships in the spring of their senior year.

Job Description

St. John Paul II Catholic High School provides summer camp experiences in a variety of academic athletic and extracurricular areas aimed at introducing grade school students to the mission of St. John Paul II Catholic High School.

The Summer Camp Internship is a paid internship opportunity for a recent graduate of St. John Paul II. The intern assists in the day to day running of the summer camps by overseeing child drop off and before care as well as pick up and after care for the weekly camps. Additionally the intern serves as a resource to summer camp instructors during camp hours.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining daily attendance records for the summer camps
  • Assisting with ongoing registrations for summer camps
  • Overseeing the drop off/pick up each camp day
  • Overseeing before and after care
  • Providing support to the Advancement Office pertaining to JP2 Summer Camps

Summer Camp Dates & Schedule:

  • Onboarding dates TBD
  • JP2 Summer Camps will run Monday through Friday June 1 to June 26
  • Typical hours for the Summer Camp are from 8AM to 4PM
