Pre-Opening Revenue & Reservations Manager - Local Hotel Group Davao City Philippines
A local hotel group in Davao is in need of a Revenue & Reservations Managerto join its pre-opening team. The successful candidate reporting directly to the Hotel Operations Manager with dotted line to the General Manager will be responsible in developing strategies that will maximize room and food & beverage facilities revenues through pricing strategies inventory control and channel management while ensuring efficient reservations handling and booking accuracy.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related discipline
Three (3) years experience in the same role for multiple properties
Pre-opening experience
Pre-opening experience
Knowledgeable in managing Online Travel Agency (OTA) bookings ( Agoda Expedia) and channel managers
Ability to monitor occupancy ADR and RevPAR for all the properties
Analysis of competition and market positioning
Keen attention to detail
Excellent coordination and communications skills
Willingness to be based in Davao City
