Business Developer Junior (MFX) Apprenticeship
Job Summary
As a member of the Direct Sales France team you will work in close collaboration with Laurine our Sales Manager Direct France to boost our commercial engine. Your goal: ensure high-quality follow-up for a rapidly expanding account portfolio while actively hunting for new partner accounts to drive our business growth.
You mission
Building and managing your own pipeline: You will support the sales team by generating new business opportunities (outbound) and gradually taking over the full sales cycle. This role is designed for someone who wants to be fully autonomous especially during periods with lower inbound leads by creating their own success through proactive hunting.
Beyond pure acquisition you will play a strategic support role by warming up existing accounts and qualifying high-potential deals for our senior Sales members.
This apprenticeship is perfect for those who want a 360 view of the sales profession from the first cold call to the final signature.
Your main responsibilities
Pipeline Generation & Full Sales Cycle
Support the Sales team by proactively hunting for new leads to build a solid pipeline.
Take full ownership of the sales process: from initial prospecting to closing deals autonomously.
Identify and engage key decision-makers to compensate for inbound fluctuations through strong outbound activity.
Account Management & Follow-up
Re-engage with small existing accounts previously managed by our Account Managers (Marion and Thomas).
Perform follow-ups (FUP) identify new stakeholders within these accounts and hand over qualified opportunities back to Marion and Thomas.
Deal Qualification & Sales Support
Qualify incoming leads and track their progress in coordination with our Account Executives (Lucas Hugo and Charles).
Act as a relay to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks and maintain momentum on strategic deals.
Lead Reactivation & Events
Reactivate dormant opportunities and follow up with contacts met during trade shows and industry events.
Turn cold or old leads into fresh business opportunities through consistent and creative reminders.
