Summary

• Provides support to direct care staff.
• Nurse-led appointments for chronic disease management.
• Procedures which may include IVs dressing changes and others.
• May include medication infusion and immunization administration.
• Facilitates patient for patients as needed.
• Patient education.
• Organizes patient health information and updates electronic health records.
• Maintains emergency equipment and other resources needed to provide safe high quality patient care.
• Provides management of pharmacy refill program for patients.
• Other duties as assigned.

Schedule

• Fulltime position - Working 60 hours every two weeks Onsite

• Primarily Mon-Fri 12-hour shifts 7:30AM to 8:00PM Every 3rd weekend typically 8:45AM to 4:30PM

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay begins at $33.98 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) current license in the state of Minnesota required.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) required with exception: inability to complete certification process related to a health condition. Employee must complete education portion of the BLS within 6 months of hire.

• Ability to work well with team members and act as a leader for the nursing department clinical staff.
• Good communication computer documentation and time management skills.
• Nursing RN assessment skills as well as procedural skills within scope of practice.
