Bachelors Degree in technical discipline required 14 years experience OR Highschool diploma 18 years experience in program of similar scope type and complexity.
Must be a US citizen

Description: Will be an integral member of the DNS DHCP IPAM (DDI) Operations Team. Responsible for the automation of requirements management change management requirements gathering/tracking and configuration management. Projects require automated solutions to effectively manage the requirements link source documents and architecture. The Systems Engineer shall work with teams to identify engineer and implement the most optimum automated solution that follows approved processes for a given project or addition the Systems Engineer shall work with all other infrastructure support teams as part of a solution to identify engineer and implement solutions that integrate with the automation/infrastructure/productivity tools. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design and implement secure and scalable DNS DHCP and IPAM (DDI) solutions using Infoblox DDI. Troubleshoot and resolve complex DDI issues Automate DDI workflows to improve efficiency Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams on all aspects of DDI including IPv4 and IPv6 Maintain awareness of the latest Infoblox DDI features and best practices

Required
:Ability to obtain DOD8570-M IAT Level 1
Experience with DNS DHCP IPAM Load Balancing (F5/DTC)
Familiar with outages latency issues & trouble shooting
Proven experience designing and implementing DDI solutions
Experience with load balancing technologiesStrong understanding of networking concepts including IPv4 and IPv6
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with scripting (Perl Python) and automation tools a plus

Desired:DNS experience with an understanding of maintenance of InfobloxIn-depth knowledge of Infoblox DDI (DNS DHCP IPAM)Experience applying system engineering methodologies and principles Familiar with developing modern business methods and identifying best practicesExperienced with executing as key coordinator between multiple project teams

Salary varies based on Years of experience: $183000- $197000
A variety of factors can impact the final salary offered including but not limited to geographic location Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates relevant work experience specialized skills and competencies education and certifications.
