The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. Delta Hotels by Marriott Anaheim is searching for a talented and motivatedSales Coordinator. Our ideal candidate is self-driven punctual

and reliable. Great position for a Front Office team member looking to move up.

Initial contact for clients to Sales Department via phone emails and walk-ins.

Create room blocks and Reservation Links

Assist Sales Managers with event planning site inspections and account management.

Manage contracts and corresponding details of events and group bookings.

Ensure rooming lists payments and deposit deadlines are met.

Knowledge and experience with CI/TY (preferred knowledge of Opera and MARSHA)

Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent attendance record

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $23.00.
