Job Summary
Shambaugh & Son is looking for a Purchasing this position you will be responsible for invoice reconciliation and other miscellaneous purchasing tasks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the VP of Purchasing and Purchasing Manager daily with Purchasing responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:
- Process Trade Power each morning for the Data Entry Team
- Reconcile invoices daily.
- Ensure and promote compliance to company and procurement policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2 years minimum experience in an office setting
- Previous Purchasing experience is a plus
- Must have proven multi-task skills in prior position
- Candidate must be accurate; attention to detail and excellent organizational skills a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Organized and a self-starter
- Regular and reliable attendance including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
