- Strategicallyplangeographicserviceroutesensuringproperstaffingandmaterialallocationtomaximizeoperationalefficiency.
- Monitorandvalidatereal-timereportingworktimesandmaterialusagetoguaranteeaccuracyindocumentationandinvoicing.
- Conductregularsafetyandqualityauditsworkingcloselywithcustomerstoresolveanyissuesandcontinuouslyimproveservicedelivery.
- Provideleadershipcoachingandongoingdevelopmenttofieldpersonnelfosteringprofessionalgrowthandgoalachievement

- Orderandensureavailabilityofmaterialsaheadofscheduledrepairjobstosupportseamlessfieldoperations.
- ReviewandapproveServiceandWorkOrdersalongwithcompletionnoticesverifyingthatalltimeentriespurchaseordersandmaterialordersareaccuratelypostedbeforebillingapproval.
- AnalyzeSAPcontractualservicereportstoconfirmappropriateCMIIlevelsandadherencetocontractstipulations.
- Controlandmonitorservicelaborandmaterialcostsensuringexpendituresremainwithinestablishedbudgetguidelines.
- Conductsafetyandqualityauditsfosteringcontinuousimprovementthroughcollaborationwithcustomers.
- Provideleadershipcoachinganddevelopmentopportunitiestofieldpersonneltoenhanceperformanceandmeetoperationalgoals.
- Executeanyadditionaldutiesasassignedbymanagement.
Whatdowerequire
- Over5yearsofexperienceinmaintenance/repairwithintheelevator/escalatororrelatedindustryandprevioussupervisoryexperience.
- Atwo-yearcollegeleveldegreeand/orequivalentcombinationoftechnicalandmanagementexperienceinelevator/escalatororrelatedindustry.
- Familiaritywithelectricalmechanicalandhydraulicsystemsasappliedinindustrytransportationand/orconveyancesystems.
- Goodleadershipsupervisoryorganizationalwrittenverbalcommunicationandcustomerskills.
- Abilitytoreadconstructiondrawingslayoutsandelectricalhydraulicschematics.
