• Strategicallyplangeographicserviceroutesensuringproperstaffingandmaterialallocationtomaximizeoperationalefficiency.
• Monitorandvalidatereal-timereportingworktimesandmaterialusagetoguaranteeaccuracyindocumentationandinvoicing.
• Conductregularsafetyandqualityauditsworkingcloselywithcustomerstoresolveanyissuesandcontinuouslyimproveservicedelivery.

• Orderandensureavailabilityofmaterialsaheadofscheduledrepairjobstosupportseamlessfieldoperations.
• ReviewandapproveServiceandWorkOrdersalongwithcompletionnoticesverifyingthatalltimeentriespurchaseordersandmaterialordersareaccuratelypostedbeforebillingapproval.
• AnalyzeSAPcontractualservicereportstoconfirmappropriateCMIIlevelsandadherencetocontractstipulations.
• Controlandmonitorservicelaborandmaterialcostsensuringexpendituresremainwithinestablishedbudgetguidelines.
• Conductsafetyandqualityauditsfosteringcontinuousimprovementthroughcollaborationwithcustomers.
• Provideleadershipcoachinganddevelopmentopportunitiestofieldpersonneltoenhanceperformanceandmeetoperationalgoals.
• Executeanyadditionaldutiesasassignedbymanagement.

Whatdowerequire

• Over5yearsofexperienceinmaintenance/repairwithintheelevator/escalatororrelatedindustryandprevioussupervisoryexperience.
• Atwo-yearcollegeleveldegreeand/orequivalentcombinationoftechnicalandmanagementexperienceinelevator/escalatororrelatedindustry.
• Familiaritywithelectricalmechanicalandhydraulicsystemsasappliedinindustrytransportationand/orconveyancesystems.
• Goodleadershipsupervisoryorganizationalwrittenverbalcommunicationandcustomerskills.
• Abilitytoreadconstructiondrawingslayoutsandelectricalhydraulicschematics.
