Your Responsibilities:

Support the purchasing process by creating purchase order requisitions and receipts for IT
Collaborate with IT Finance Procurement and Business teams to manage IT services planning budgeting procurement and cost control
Facilitate transparency and service allocation through comprehensive reporting on financials projects and resources
Analyze IT project and operational costs and control variances against plan in cooperation with Project Managers and Budget Owners
Implement IT service management and governance across the function

Your Profile:

Degree in Business IT Finance or a comparable field
Experience in IT controlling project management or working with IT and finance teams
Background in Accounting or Finance is preferred
Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
Proficient in MS Office especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
Independent structured and solution-oriented working style
Excellent communication and teamwork skills including cross-functional collaboration
Very good English skills both written and spoken; German skills are a plus
