Job Summary

The Network Operations Administrator is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day health of network hardware software platforms and identity systems. This role manages the logical configurationssuch as IP addressing (IPAM) user accounts (Active Directory/SaaS) and virtualized environmentsthat allow services to flow securely to both the customer base and the internal enterprise.


Qualifications :

  • Associates degree in information technology or related field is required
  • Bachelors Degree in information technology or related field is preferred
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years information technology experience is required
  • Proficiency in Network Infrastructure (Cisco/Juniper LAN/WAN GPON) Server Administration (Windows/Linux Virtualization) and Security (Firewalls DDoS mitigation).
  • Ability to prioritize organize and manage tasks and time effectively
  • Excellent communicator who collaborates effectively in fluent English both in person and in writing.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong project management and planning skills including the ability to coordinate work with other departments or organizations and to make meeting/conference arrangements
