Marketing Generalist
Job Summary
- Assist in the planning coordination and execution of marketing activities and campaigns
- Create edit and schedule engaging content for social media platforms and other marketing channels
- Manage and regularly update website content ensuring accuracy consistency and SEO best practices
- Leverage AI tools to support content creation optimization and campaign efficiency
- Liaise with external partners including marketing agencies graphic designers and content creators
- Support the creation editing and ongoing maintenance of marketing materials (presentations brochures newsletters etc.)
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and digital channels
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely delivery of all activities
- Support internal communication initiatives and brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Conduct basic market and competitor research including use of AI-powered insights where relevant
- Assist with event coordination (online or in-person) including logistics and promotional activities
- Handle administrative tasks related to the marketing function (budget tracking vendor coordination documentation)
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems (CMS)
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and execution of flow-based campaigns from setup to delivery and performance reporting
- Hands on experience on digital marketing (SEO email marketing analytics tools)
- Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g. for content generation analytics or automation) and ability to integrate them into daily workflows
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and especially Power Point
- Ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in energy supply companies is considered a strong plus
- Experience with design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite)
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing platforms or automation tools
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics social media insights)
- Experience working with external agencies or vendors
