Cost Controller
Job Summary
Cost Control (Responsibility: Full)
1. Monitoring analyse and control the variable cost to ensure accuracy resolve problem when arise which affect SAP costing module.
2. Set-up cost management process and procedures to have accurate cost for financial reporting
3. Support WIP and raw material stock counts at the period required to ensure accurate financial reporting
Investment Control (Responsibility: Full)
1. Project monitoring analyze and control the actual spending to ensure accuracy and complete month end closing
a. Ensure GR and IR status of each project item to meet monthly actual spending task
b. Obtain timely and accurate input data from respective departments to ensure timeliness and accuracy of spending forecast
2. Budget Preparation: Prepare and review yearly budget include RICP Project and expansion Project.
3. Tempo-IMPS maintenance: Maintain SAP- IMPS module for investment/ Project/R&M>Euro100T timely and accurately and ensure no overspend
System (Responsibility: Full)
...1. Collaborate with FI CO & Works Div teams to maintain/develop SAP to ensure accurate costing.
2. Ensure SAP set-up in accordance with FRM requirement and Cost Accounting standard
3. Handle or resolve problems arise in/affecting DRIVE/FIRE/SAPHIR system
Budget / Forecast / Actual (Responsibility: Full)
1. Budget / FC / Actual calculation for production cost.
2. Obtain timely and accurate input data from respective departments to ensure timeliness and accuracy of forecast and budget
3. Maintain scrap database
Cost Analysis / Steering Change (Responsibility: Full)

2. Initiate changes for more accurate cost capturing transparent reporting and cost efficiency

Qualifications :
Education / Certification
Bachelors degree or above major in Finance or a finance-related field.
Leadership Experience
Good personal relationship and communication skill
