Job Summary
Mail and Package Handler
Middleton WI (onsite)
3Month Contract
Qualifications :
Responsible for day-to-day mailroom and office services support including mail/package handling shipping (including FedEx) copy/scan production support and general administrative and equipment operation tasks in a high-volume office environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate high-volume copiers scanners and image handling software; perform binding and finishing tasks
- Process incoming/outgoing mail packages faxes and shipments (including FedEx); distribute to designated locations
- Operate mail processing equipment postage meters and basic office equipment (PC MS Office email calculator)
- Perform copying scanning printing and document finishing; support QC and final checks
- Maintain copier functionality; clear jams and report technical issues
- Track meter readings service logs billing logs supplies and inventory usage
- Respond to and coordinate service requests and customer job inquiries
- Deliver completed work and mail between departments and buildings as needed
- Support shipping/receiving activities including packing labeling and use of shrink-wrap cutters staplers drills joggers and scales
- Maintain clean stocked and organized mailroom/copier areas
- Assist with filing archiving and document purging as required
- Perform additional general office support duties as assigned
Additional Information :
They must be ale to lift 50 pounds and be on their feed for a long period of time; some walking included as well.
