Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Sales Specialist focused on driving sales by converting opportunities across abandoned carts declined transactions and providing expert product this key revenue generating role you will guide purchase decisions and remove friction from the buying process. You will represent the frontline of our business using effective communication and a customer first attitude to maximize conversions while delivering a seamless experience. The ideal candidate is driven by results is proactive and skilled at turning hesitation into confident purchases.
Key Responsibilities
Cart Abandonment Recovery
- Monitor and track abandoned shopping carts to identify recovery opportunities.
- Proactively engage customers via phone email or SMS to encourage purchase completion.
- Address concerns and provide solutions to overcome purchase obstacles.
Decline Resolution & Payment Support
- Follow up on declined payment transactions.
- Assist customers in resolving payment issues and exploring alternative methods.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers experiencing payment difficulties.
Product Knowledge & Sales Support
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product catalog including ingredients benefits and promotions.
- Educate customers on product recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Stay updated on new product launches and industry trends.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.
Customer Service & Engagement
- Provide exceptional support via email SMS and phone to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle inquiries about products orders shipping and company policies with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain brand voice and build strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a remote sales or revenue-generating customer facing roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms CRM systems and payment processing tools.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive customer engagement from a daily list of leads.

Technology Requirements
As a bring-your-own-device company all team members must provide:
- PC or Mac with broadband internet (minimum 16GB RAM).
- Broadband internet (minimum 100 Mbps).
- Wired headset with microphone and noise cancellation.
- Dual monitors (Highly recommended).
Work Schedule
- 40 hours per week (day shift).
- Call Center operates 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST.
- Rotating Saturday coverage required.
