SUMMARY: The Chiller Operator is responsible for operation of the according to Georges chiller procedures and regulatory requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
- Turn on chillers and verify start up and proper mechanical operations.
- Verify temperatures for regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all chemicals are properly measured and dispensed.
- Perform all required temps and mechanical operations as required throughout the shift.
- Perform additional duties as requested by supervisor.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Required
- None
- Preferred
- Previous poultry processing experience
