**What Youll Do**
- Respond quickly to online leads using **video text email and phone**
- Create short engaging **vehicle walkaround videos** and personalized intro videos
- Guide customers through the **entire buying journey** from first contact to delivery
- Follow a structured **lead management process** to maximize appointments and sales
- Maintain accurate notes and followups in CRM
- Build trust and rapport through transparency communication and consistency
- Work closely with sales managers to structure deals and deliver exceptional experiences
**Requirements**
- Experience in automotive retail or digital sales preferred
- Strong video communication skills (smartphone proficiency is enough)
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow a structured cadence
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Valid drivers license
