FINANCE INTERN

Within context of COTY transformation be part of our dynamic Global Finance team:
a trusted partner to influence strategic decisions provide effective performance
management and facilitate insightful decision making to the Brand management
team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Finance intern your primary focus is to support the Global Finance Team in
delivering the best service to their Business & cross functional partners.
For this you will discover and proactively contribute to various missions including
financial analysis (actual budget) projects with IT implications (analytical initiatives
around the digitalisation of the finance function or the implementation of AI solutions
within our Departments) and other ad hoc demands required by the very nature of
our activity.

Your main focus:

Support the Finance team in their daily missions: supporting Brand teams/
Markets and our Finance management fulfilling their requests.
Be a facilitator for any task on which you can be on boarded including Actuals or
Budget management: run reportings contribute to meetings etc.
Join the team in their new transversal projects including Transformation projects
(new tools new methodologies news ways of working within Finance).

The team consists of various Finance profiles with different experience from Finance
Analyst to Senior Finance Director. You will work closely together with several other
departments such as Brand teams Markets or cross-functional partners: IT
Procurement R&D etc. All your direct colleagues are based in Paris and fully
committed to their scope. Working in the team you will feel the challenges of our
industry and feel the dedication each one at Coty puts into his/her mission.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to intervene on various topics have an analytical mindset joined with an
interest in transformation/ IT projects. As a Finance Analyst you get energy from
working in a fast-paced diverse and international environment. Other than that you:
Are humble and open to learn with various team members.
Demonstrate resilience agility and are committed to what you do.
Have interests into Analytics and Information Systems (Finance IT).
Play collective and have good interpersonal skills (ex. communication work in a
confidence and autonomous mode show eagerness to progress and openness to
feedback).
