The Department of Physics at The Pennsylvania State University is seeking to fill an Assistant Research Professor position in the area high-energy neutrino astrophysics. The successful candidate will lead phenomenological and data-driven research efforts in the astrophysics of ultra-highenergy neutrinos cosmic rays and dark matter. Additionally this position involves close and constant collaborationwith existing experimental efforts at Penn State including IceCubeas well as other radio detection techniques andnext generation neutrino experiments.
Requirements include a Ph.D. in Physics materials or device physics. Applications must be submitted electronically and include a cover letter CV and statement of research interests.
