Peraton requiresa Mobile Device Support Specialistto support the Special OperationsCommand Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) position islocatedatHurlburt Field FL.

The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM its Component Commands its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs) and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end-user and common device support; provide configuration change license and asset management; conduct training and perform Install Move Add Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM the CIO/J6 organization andultimately theend-user whooperatearound the globe 24x7x365.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provisions managesmaintains and tracks end user mobile computing devices authorized and assigned to individual personnel for secure and non-secure communications.
• Configures andmaintainsmobile computing devices and associated auxiliary devices as directed by the Government andin accordance withapplicable DoD Cybersecurity policies procedures regulations and directives.
• Baselines andmaintainsend user mobile computing device configurations including STIGs andmaintainsconfiguration control and policy management of devices.
• Assists the Government to draft mobile computing policies and procedures implement and integrate new mobile computing services and technologies and troubleshoot repair and provide logistical support for existing mobile devices.
• Interfaces directly with customers to provide training and to resolve issues related to services.
• Maintains mobile computing deviceutilizationhistory including a review of device and service usage audits and reconciliation ofutilization.
• Coordinates and manages accountability of new equipment replacement equipment and upgrades and tracks the disposition of equipment throughout its lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• Min6 years with HS Diploma; 4 years with AS/AA; or 2 years with BS/BA.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• DoD 8570 IAT II Certification.
