Grow Our Own (GO2) Industrial SalesAccount ManagerTraineeDevelopment Program

GO2 is our 12-month development program designed for recent graduates and early career individuals who are interested in starting a career in industrial sales. You will receive comprehensive training hands-on experience and dedicated mentorship preparing you to transition into a full-time outside sales/account manager rolewithin an assigned territorywithSunSource.

What You will Do

  • Participate in structured training at our headquarters where you will receive ongoing mentorship professional development and in-depth product training
  • Learn full cycle outside sales skills and build relationships with new and existing customers to solve real-world customer problems through technical and product solutions
  • Work alongside experienced Account Managers on joint sales calls visiting customers on-site

What You will Need

  • Associate degree or technical trainingand 2 years of experiencein a related fieldORbachelors degree preferably inSupply Chain SalesinSupply Chain SalesMarketing Businessor related field
  • Internship or co-op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environmentor individuals with mechanical interest/aptitudepreferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be outgoing friendly approachabletobuild relationships with peers and potential customerswith a commitment todelivering top results in a performance-based environment
  • Ability torelocateto Addison IL for 12 months of training at our corporate headquarters
