GO2 is our 12-month development program designed for recent graduates and early career individuals who are interested in starting a career in industrial sales. You will receive comprehensive training hands-on experience and dedicated mentorship preparing you to transition into a full-time outside sales/account manager rolewithin an assigned territorywithSunSource.
What You will Do
Participate in structured training at our headquarters where you will receive ongoing mentorship professional development and in-depth product training
Learn full cycle outside sales skills and build relationships with new and existing customers to solve real-world customer problems through technical and product solutions
Work alongside experienced Account Managers on joint sales calls visiting customers on-site
What You will Need
Associate degree or technical trainingand 2 years of experiencein a related fieldOR bachelors degree preferably in Supply Chain Sales Marketing Business or related field. Any experience or certification in hydraulics / fluid power is a great plus.
Internship or co-op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environmentor individuals with mechanical interest/aptitudepreferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be outgoing friendly approachabletobuild relationships with peers and potential customerswith a commitment todelivering top results in a performance-based environment
Ability torelocateto Addison IL for 12 months of training at our corporate headquarters
What We Offer
This is a full-time paid position with a transition into a full-time Account Manager upon completion of the program.

Compensation: $45000 to $60000 / year with opportunity for bonus during the training program.
At successful completion of the training program you will be promoted to an Account Manager and eligible for sales commission.
