About the Role

Were looking for a highly organized and self-driven Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and overall student experience. This role plays a key part in keeping our campus running efficiently while supporting both students and team members behind the scenes.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys managing multiple priorities and takes pride in keeping things structured and on track. Youre someone who is proactive detail-oriented and comfortable stepping into conversations that support accountability and student success.

What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Support daily administrative and operational tasks to keep the campus running smoothly
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure documentation is up to date
• Assist with student communication including follow-ups and scheduling
• Support onboarding for new classes including preparation of materials and organization
• Help coordinate student milestones such as program completion and next steps
• Assist with reporting tracking and system updates
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure alignment and efficiency
• Provide support with student accountability conversations and follow-ups

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently while supporting a team
• Comfortable with digital tools such as Google Drive and similar platforms
• Experience in education or beauty industry is a plus (but not required)
