About the role Part-time Strategy Analyst

This position offers a unique opportunity to develop and strengthen your problem-solving and analytical skills by working closely with consultants and project leaders on strategic initiatives across the Tryg Group.

Tasks and responsibilities may include:

• Conducting commercial analyses such as industry assessments and competitive benchmarking
• Analyzing data testing hypotheses and developing recommendations for senior Tryg executives
• Independently managing project workstreams with support from senior consultants
• Creating clear and compelling visual communication for top management

The expected workload is approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility around exam periods. We also offer the opportunity to be staffed full-time on projects.

About you A curious driven and analytically strong student

We are looking for curious and motivated students who enjoy working in teams and are eager to learn. Since we work in small close-knit teams on a variety of projects we value proactive and engaged team members who are comfortable taking initiative.

Ideally you thrive both socially and academically. Experience from previous student jobs and/or involvement in student organizations is highly valued. You enjoy working in a structured way have a sharp eye for detail and feel confident tackling analytical tasks. We appreciate individuals who take ownership are comfortable managing responsibility early on and are open to giving and receiving feedback.

You are a native speaker of Danish Norwegian or Swedish and fluent in English. Prior experience with PowerPoint Excel and ChatGPT (or similar tools) is an advantage.
