Telecom SW Architect

Role:

You will be part of program developing ORAN compliant LTE and 5G NR based radio unit (O-RU) and distributed unit (O-DU) verification products.

You will play a role of Software Architect and/or operational product owner in various phases of product development - from requirement analysis till delivery and maintenance. We follow modern Agile practices with a heavy focus on individual ownership and proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be up to date with the latest releases of Cellular O-RAN and CPRI/eCPRI standards.
• Interact with customers and end users to gather technical requirements.
• Provide ideas/recommendations for the product roadmap.
• Design how to technically implement new features.
• Drive proactive proposals to improve the products and the program.
• Guide team members in development practices and ensure delivery of high-quality code and product.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams sharing code base and CI team to meet project goals and timelines.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and technical excellence.

Qualifications :

Educational qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Communication Electronics and similar academic disciplines.

Required Skills:

• Development experience of 10 years.
• Strong hands-on experience in embedded software development
• Excellent in C programming and C design patterns.
• Proven few years of experience in driving software development projects as an Architect.
• Excellent communication skills with individual ownership and proactive attitude.
• Experience in Agile practices.
• Experience in GIT/Jenkins or similar development environment.
• Experience in cellular technology (especially LTE and 5G NR RAN development)
• Good to have experience in cloud-native technologies like Docker Kubernetes and so on.
• Good to have experience in C# and Python.
• Always ready to learn new technologies programming languages/concepts and tools.
