Responsibilities:**
As a Shift Runner you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at our Corry location. Your key responsibilities will include:
- **Customer Communication** Answer incoming calls and manage customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy ensuring orders are processed correctly.
- **Order Management** Assist customers with menu selection and order placement maintaining clear communication throughout the transaction process.
- **Food Preparation** Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to established quality and safety standards.
- **Team Leadership** Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts ensuring adherence to operational procedures and maintaining productivity standards.
- **Operational Management** Monitor shift performance manage inventory handle cash operations and address operational issues as they arise.
- **Professional Development** Demonstrate leadership capabilities and commitment to excellence with opportunities to advance into management positions.
