Job Summary
Key Responsibilities Analysis of Raw Materials (RM) and Packing Materials (PM) as per approved specifications and SOPs. Operation troubleshooting and routine use of HPLC and GC systems with Empower software. Performing potentiometric titrations and Karl Fischer (KF) water content analysis. Analysis using IR spectroscopy for material identification. Data review documentation and compliance with GMP and data integrity requirements. Handling reviewing and documenting analytical data in LIMS software. Adherence to laboratory safety practices SOPs and regulatory guidelines. Support during audits investigations and laboratory activities as required.
Required Skills & Competencies: Handson experience in: HPLC & GC analysis using Empower software Potentiometric titration Water determination by Karl Fischer (KF) IR spectroscopy LIMS software operation Good understanding of GMP SOPs and documentation practices. Strong analytical troubleshooting and compliance mindset. Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Qualifications :
Educational qualification : Msc(Chemistry) & Relevant handson exposure in RM & PM analysis is preferred.
