We are looking for a Transformation Office Analyst to join our office in Milan
Reporting directly to the Head of Transformation Office.
The Transformation Office Analyst supports the strategic transformation agenda of the Transmission Segment by providing highquality analysis financial modeling and structured insights. The role offers early exposure to strategic decisionmaking crossfunctional initiatives and executivelevel problem solving within a dynamic and fastevolving business environment.
This position is designed as a strong entry point into corporate strategy transformation and industrial decisionmaking.
You will enjoy:
Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic operational and transformation initiatives across the Transmission BU
Support the development of business plans financial models and investment evaluations (CapEx makeorbuy M&A screening)
Collect validate and synthesize data from multiple functions (Operations Finance Engineering Installation etc.)
Prepare structured reports dashboards and presentations for senior stakeholders and leadership forums
Contribute to the preparation of strategic workshops reviews and transformation governance routines
Actively support adhoc analyses related to performance improvement portfolio optimization and longterm planning
Qualifications & Skills:
University degree in Economics Business Administration Industrial Engineering or a related field
up to 3 years of experience in similar role or project management installation positions in EPC companies
Strong analytical mindset with solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Basic understanding of financial concepts (e.g. P&L cash flow ROI business cases)
Strong interest in corporate strategy business transformation and industrial environments
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced crossfunctional and international context
Strong attention to detail and structured problemsolving skills
Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
