We are looking for an Account Director to lead key client relationships guide integrated communications programs and support the growth of our Corporate practice.
This role is suited to someone who is equally strong in client counsel team leadership and business development.

What youll do
Client Leadership
Serve as a senior strategic advisor and primary contact for key clients
Lead the development of integrated communications strategies across corporate digital and content teams
Provide clear solution-oriented counsel grounded in business objectives and industry context
Connect capabilities across the agency to deliver cohesive cross-disciplinary programs
Ensure clients understand and see the value of recommendations and work
Team & Operations
Lead and develop account teams ensuring high-quality delivery and efficient workflows
Oversee day-to-day account operations and ensure timelines and expectations are met
Assign work based on team strengths and provide ongoing guidance and feedback
Keep senior leadership informed on account performance risks and opportunities
Growth & Business Development
Contribute to and lead new business efforts including identifying and pursuing opportunities
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through integrated offerings across APEX and ruckus Digital
Support revenue forecasting and track performance against targets
Agency Contribution
Contribute to practice growth across sectors including financial services real estate technology professional services and media
Identify ideas and work for case studies thought leadership and marketing content
Help evolve how we collaborate across disciplines by identifying gaps opportunities and new capabilities
What you bring
10 years of public relations experience across agency and corporate environments
Strong client leadership and team management experience
Proven ability to develop and lead strategic communications and integrated programs
Experience in media relations executive positioning and issues management
Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and translating complex ideas clearly
Experience contributing to or leading new business efforts
A practical solutions-focused mindset and sound business judgment
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative steady leadership style
Compensation and benefits
Salary range: $95000 to $125000 based on experience
