What Youll Do:
Provide high-quality client-centered individual therapy (in-person and via telehealth) to a diverse outpatient caseload.

• Conduct diagnostic assessments develop individualized treatment plans and maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Provide a minimum of 8 client contact hours per week.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive coordinated care.
• Uphold the highest clinical standards in accordance with BAMSI DPH DMH and CARF regulations.

What You Bring:

• Licensure:Current independent Massachusetts license as an LICSW LMHC LMFT Ph.D. or Psy.D. required.
• Education:Masters or doctoral degree in Social Work Mental Health Counseling Psychology or a related clinical field.
• Skills:
  • Sensitivity to cultural diversity.
  • Excellent communication time-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible caseload.
