• Creates lesson plans that are balanced and appropriate to infant and toddler development levels
• Documents infant and toddler learning experience through displays and pictures

• Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing standards quality star standards and program policies
• Friendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding fast-paced environment

At Guiding Hands Christian Academy and Childcare it is important that each person that enters our doors are shown Gods love. We teach about God our creator as well as social/emotional skills and age appropriate development. The two curriculums that we teach from are Faith Stories and Frog Street with Conscious Discipline.
