Speria builds technology that feeds the world. Our platforms support food producers across 50 countries and at the core of that mission is reliable predictable software delivery. We are hiring a Program Manager to bring structure accountability and execution discipline to a highly complex fastmoving environment spanning Product Engineering Professional Services Customer Success and Support. This is a build fix and scale role not a maintenance PMO position.

Speria currently runs concurrent global software and implementation initiatives. This role exists to own programlevel execution drive crossfunctional accountability and create delivery predictability laying the groundwork for a future PMO function.

What Youll Do

As Principal Program Manager you will:

• Own programlevel oversight across global software releases and customer implementations
• Act as the connective tissue between Product Engineering Professional Services and customerfacing teams
• Translate customer and services requirements into clear executable delivery plans
• Proactively surface risks gaps and misalignments before they impact customers or revenue
• Implement lightweight but effective governance tracking and reporting (not bureaucracy)
• Follow up relentlessly no passive handoffs
• Influence without authority in a founderled highgrowth environment
• Partner closely with senior leaders to drive delivery outcomes tied directly to revenue and retention
