This role ensures excellent customer service maintains professionalism and helps Tribal Citizens with applications and referrals to appropriate services. Additional duties may be assigned to support departmental goals.This position reflects PCIs core values of Perseverance Opportunity Accountability Respect Culture and Honesty.Key Responsibilities:- Serves as receptionist or backup greeting visitors answering calls and directing inquiries.
- Provides clerical and administrative support across all program areas.
- Assists with scheduling calendars mail purchase orders and data entry.
- Maintains records files and program data.
- Collaborates with staff and departments to support daily operations and community events.
- Assists clients with referrals and program access.
- Provides backup transportation for clients as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Core Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two (2) years of related employment experience in a confidential office setting required.Ability to work odd and irregular hours as needed.
- Must successfully pass the required criminal and character background check.
- Must possess a valid state drivers license and insurable driving record according to Tribal insurance guidelines.
- Ability to travel and participate in required training leadership development and other events.
- Ability to perform all duties and responsibilities of this position adequately and successfully.
Essential Competencies:- Maintains strict confidentiality.
- Thrives in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication organization and multitasking skills.
- Proficient with computers (Word Excel etc.)
- Works well with diverse populations and teams.
- Problem-solver who adapts and improves processes.
- Accountable professional and follows policies and procedures.
