This role focuses on reviewing new listings and related transactions ensuring alignment with listing rules regulatory standards and broader market integrity.
Ideal profiles will have academics in law finance or economics strong analytical and written assessment skills particularly in reviewing complex documentation and be detail-oriented with sound judgement on regulatory and reputational risk.
Targeting those with 3-5 years professional experience in consulting capital market / transaction advisory law or corporate finance.
