What We Offer

Salary:

Unqualified Lecturer: 29294 per year

Qualified Lecturer: 31885 - 40814 per year (Depending on Skills Qualifications & Experience)

Contract Type: Full Time 37 hours per week

What Youll Do

Teach and assess learners across Nursing & Health programmes at a range of levels
Deliver engaging industry-relevant theory and practical sessions
Support students developing clinical knowledge patient care skills and professional behaviours
Prepare learners for progression into nursing healthcare roles or further study
Maintain high standards of safeguarding professionalism and learner wellbeing
Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement

What Youll Bring

Relevant Nursing or Health qualification (Level 3 or above; degree advantageous)
Current or recent clinical experience in nursing or healthcare settings
Up-to-date knowledge of healthcare practice standards and legislation
A passion for teaching mentoring and developing others
Teaching qualification (desirable) or willingness to work towards one with full support
