- Proactively identify and recruit real estate agents through networking referrals and outbound outreach
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective agent candidates
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand agents goals production and business challenges
- Present the Snyder Team and eXp Realty value proposition clearly and professionally
- Guide candidates through the onboarding process in coordination with leadership
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects using CRM systems
- Attend industry events networking functions and local real estate gatherings
- Collaborate with team leadership on recruiting strategy and messaging
- Active real estate license preferred (not required)
- Strong understanding of the residential real estate industry
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident professional and consultative approach
- Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
- Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure
- Experience in recruiting sales or business development is a plus
