Position Title: Civilian Personnel Support Specialist (CIVPERS)

Location: Chantilly VA (On-site)

Clearance:Active Top Secretwith SCI eligibility

U.S. Citizenship required

OMNI is seeking a Civilian Personnel Support Specialist to provide HR operations workforce management and administrative support to

to the Space-Based Sensing and Targeting (SBST) Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Office.

• Support civilian personnel administration including onboarding offboarding staffing and awards packages

• Maintain personnel records workforce trackers and organizational charts

• Assist with hiring coordination interview scheduling and personnel actions

• Coordinate meetings schedules taskers and administrative activities

• Prepare correspondence reports and executive-level documentation

• Support workforce reporting data calls and organizational tracking

• Ensure compliance with DoD and federal personnel policies

Requirements

• Bachelors degree required

• 5 years of experience in civilian personnel HR operations or workforce management (DoD/federal preferred)

• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency

• Excellent communication organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred

• Experience supporting Space Force Air Force IC or national security space organizations

• Experience supporting senior leadership or headquarters environments
