Job Summary:
The Quality Analysis / Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for supervising the overall quality control activities within the manufacturing facility. This role involves leading a team of quality inspectors developing implementing and improving quality control procedures and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Quality Supervisor conducts regular audits reviews quality data and collaborates with other departments to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include managing quality documentation providing training and development opportunities for staff and reporting on quality performance to senior management.

Responsibilities:

Quality Control Team Management:
Supervise and mentor quality control team members
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members
Provide feedback to team members
Identify training and development needs for team members
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
Ensure team members adhere to company policies and procedures

Quality Audits and Inspections:
Develop and implement quality audit and inspection plans
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
Document and report audit and inspection findings to management
Work with relevant departments to address and resolve any issues identified during audits and inspections
Continuously improve audit and inspection processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency

Team Management:
Understand team dynamics and effective management practices. Supervisors should be adept at balancing individual tasks with overseeing team performance.
Conflict Resolution: Ability to address conflicts within the team professionally and constructively.
Motivational Skills: Inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best.
Adaptability:
Supervisors often encounter changing priorities and unexpected challenges. Being adaptable and flexible is crucial.

Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in a related field and/or at least 4 years experience 1 year experience as a people manager or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories principles and concepts.
In-depth understanding of quality management principles and practices.
Experience with developing and implementing quality management policies and procedures.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in quality management software and systems.
