As a Security Officer Full Time Security Patrol in Dorchester MA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. At a busy financial institution location you will conduct routine unarmed patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support staff and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and help to document observations according to site expectations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter noting conditions monitoring access points and reporting security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances lobbies and other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized access while offering courteous assistance to staff visitors and/or vendors.
• Support day-to-day operations by following post orders communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership and assisting with incident reporting and response needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
