We are hiring for a locally owned and operated boutique cleaning company seeking a High-End Detailed Cleaner to join their professional cleaning team specializing in luxury and high-value environments. This role demands meticulous attention to detail a commitment to excellence a strong work ethic and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties.

• Manage laundry tasks including washing drying folding and organizing clothes.

• Perform detailed cleaning of bedrooms including changing bedding and washing linens.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms.

• Execute floor care duties such as sweeping mopping and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine conditions.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.

• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively while adhering to sanitation standards.

• Perform kitchen cleaning tasks including dishwashing and surface sanitization.

• Maintain organization in all areas cleaned and report any maintenance issues to the homeowner or property manager.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in high-end residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred.

• Familiarity with janitorial practices and commercial cleaning standards is a plus.

• Experience in customer service roles that emphasize communication and client satisfaction.

• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety practices related to cleaning tasks.

• Ability to communicate in English.

• Must have a valid drivers license and proof of insurance.

• Must have reliable transportation.

• Ability to stand lift bend twist reach and climb stairs.

Schedule Details:

• Full Time Monday-Friday start and end times vary schedules can fluctuate based on client needs.
