Job Summary
As a Hotel Front Desk Agent at Hampton InnBoston-Natick you will be the welcoming face of our hotel providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. You will assist with check-ins and check-outs respond to guest inquiries and help maintain a clean and inviting lobby environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Handle phone calls reservations and provide information about the hotel and local area.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk and lobby area.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year hotel/resort experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly approachable demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel software systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours weekends and holidays.
