The Data Feeds Support Analyst willbe responsible forsupporting and growing theutilizationof our data feeds this role they will work with both existing and new accounts todemonstratethe benefits of providing data through an automatedfeeds process while providing the highest level of customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strong understanding of the benefitsof using data feeds toour customers
- Increasedata feedsusage and overall knowledge/experience ofthe customer
- Effectively communicate with both customers and 3rd-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve data feeds related issues.
- Master complexities of the multifamily business and competitor behavior to engage in value-added conversations withcustomers
- Meet with customers to review feed quality onboard newpropertiesverifyaccuracy of information being provided
- Track detailed activities describing interactions with customers
- Use customer service skills to put customers at ease andprovide exhaustive and comprehensivetroubleshootingofthe data fees processbeforeescalation
- Follow and apply standard operating procedures consistently
- Ensurecustomer hasa positive and pleasant experience
- Focus and meet deadlines
- Present information to internal and/or external contacts for the purpose of problem solving
BASICQUALIFICATIONS& EXPERIENCE
- BachelorsDegree Required from an accredited not for profit University or College
- A track recordof commitment to prior employers
- 1 years of experience with SQL Server databases preferably Microsoft SQL Server and creating SQL queries.
- Experience in relational databases data analysis and performance tuning; experience testing and maintaining reporting processes
- Proven ability to effectively build andmaintainmutually beneficial relationships with clients
- 1 years of experience with data serialization formats (eg XML JSON)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results orientated - ability to prioritize multitask drive and achieve while working to deadlines under pressure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical approach with the ability to interpret information and trends
- Ability to learn new systems and organize workload in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to adapt quickly in atechnology-leadingenvironment
- Strong interpersonal skills ( Resolution Negotiation etc.) when dealing with internal and/or external audiences
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Prior experiencein data analysis or auditing
- Working knowledge of APIs and data integrations used to exchange data between internal systems and third-party vendors (e.g. REST/SOAP JSON/XML)
- Demonstrated knowledge of commercial real estate
- Preference given to candidates whopossessa thorough understanding of multifamily real estate including the marketingobjectivesof property owners
